Privacy Policy

luxury.host — operated by Flats Bratislava s.r.o.. Last updated 5 August 2026.

luxury.host is a private beta run by the company named below. This page explains exactly what the application form collects, why, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

When you submit the beta application form we receive:

We never ask for passwords, booking-platform credentials, payment card details, or access to your Airbnb, Booking.com or VRBO account. No page on this site will ever request them. If you are ever asked for such details in the name of luxury.host, it did not come from us — please report it to the address below.

Why we collect it

Solely to assess your beta application and reply to it. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use it to build advertising audiences.

Legal basis

Consent, which you give by submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time by emailing us — see Your rights.

Where it is stored

Both are processors acting on our instructions.

How long we keep it

For the duration of the private beta and up to 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Applications we decline are deleted within 3 months.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 and a Google Ads conversion tag to measure how many visitors reach and complete the form. Both are configured with allow_ad_personalization_signals and allow_google_signals disabled, so this measures conversions only and does not build remarketing audiences or personalise ads. We do not upload applicant email addresses to Google.

Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics sets cookies for measurement. We also store the referring campaign in your browser's sessionStorage so we know which channel an application came from; it is cleared when you close the tab.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, object to processing, or request a copy in portable form. Email us and we will action it within 30 days. You may also complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
